Flexible Schedules

Our schedules can be flexible so you can fit working with Davis Care into your already busy and established schedule. We work hard with each one of our caregivers to provide a schedule that works for them and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the people they help.

Benefits

We offer a competitive wage. Vacation time is accumulated and usable after one year employed. Paid training for web based tutorials and other on-site training.

Our caregivers are naturally compassionate people and easily make a difference in the lives of their clients and their families on a daily basis. Sometimes the simplest task can be enough to brighten someone’s day and when you provide care for someone else it shines through to their family, friends and the community you live in.

Personal Connection

It is our intent to stabilize you around one or two clients in order to build a relationship. Some employees like the change up a little more on higher numbers of clients. Davis Care services are typically one on one in-home, allowing you to really get to know your clients and become more than just an employee. Not every job offers that sort of opportunity where you can develop strong bonds with people in  your community. As a caregiver, you help with daily tasks but you also become a friend and companion.

Learning Experience

Not only does working as a caregiver provide you with valuable experience in a health care setting, but it can also give you insight into experiencing someone else’s life. Learning about their history, gaining from their experiences, and get the opportunity to truly be a part of someone else’s world can be nothing more than a benefit.
